Welcome to SamzHub. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website www.samzhub.com and our services, including IB Math resources, Internal Assessment services, and any materials sold on the website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SamzHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website — including but not limited to Mock Exams, IA Plans, Workbooks, Custom IA Plans, and all other downloadable resources — are the exclusive intellectual property of SamzHub LLC and are protected by copyright law. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, rent, lease, sell, transfer, display, transmit, compile, or commercially exploit any part of the SamzHub content without express advance written permission from SamzHub.

 

All material on the SamzHub website is for individual use only. Account ownership may not be transferred or shared with other people. You acknowledge that SamzHub and/or its licensors remain the owners of all content and that you do not acquire any intellectual property rights through your use of our Services, except for the limited right to access and use content in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices quoted on the website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice. You should confirm the price of a Service before making a purchase.

 

SamzHub does not accept Money Orders, Cash, or Cheque payments unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the download process has commenced. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us via our Contact page.

 

Refund requests for services (such as Custom IA Plans, IA Feedback, and IA Boost) are reviewed on an individual basis. To request a refund, you must contact us via our Contact page within 3 days of purchase and provide a compelling reason for the request. The approval of any refund is at SamzHub’s sole discretion.

5. EU Consumer Rights — Digital Content Waiver

If you are located in the European Union, you are normally entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive, you expressly waive this right when:

By completing a purchase of digital content on SamzHub, you expressly consent to the following:


  • You request and consent to immediate access to digital content (such as PDF downloads or instant access passes)
  • You acknowledge that once the digital content has begun downloading or has been accessed through your account, your right of withdrawal is waived
  • You have been informed prior to purchase that your right of withdrawal will be lost upon download commencement

This waiver applies to all digital downloads available on SamzHub including Mock Exams, Workbooks, IA Plans, Bundles, and Annual Passes.

 

This waiver does not apply to Expert Services (Custom IA Plans, IA Feedback, and IA Boost) which are governed by separate terms in Sections 6 and 7 below.

 

This waiver does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or misdescribed products.

6. Custom IA Plan, IA Feedback, and IA Boost Services

6.1 Nature of Services

Our Expert Services (Custom IA Plan, IA Feedback, and IA Boost) are personalized educational services that involve dedicated time and expert effort from qualified IB educators. These services are not automated digital downloads and require manual creation and review by our team.

 

6.2 Service Commencement

Service performance begins when any of the following occurs, whichever is earliest:

  • Our team accepts your submitted intake form or uploaded draft for review
  • Our team begins creating, reviewing, or analyzing your submitted materials
  • Any communication is sent to you regarding your specific topic, draft, or submission

6.3 General Service Terms

  • Each Custom IA Plan is created as a unique educational resource based on the student’s specific investigation question and personal context.
  • SamzHub reserves the right to request modification of a topic if it is too similar to a previously created plan or too vague to create a unique resource.
  • Custom Plans, IA Feedback, and IA Boost Services are for educational guidance only. Students must write their IA in their own words.
  • Service deliverables may not be shared, resold, or distributed to any other person.
  • SamzHub is not responsible for any academic integrity issues arising from misuse of our resources.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Rush and Urgent delivery options are subject to availability.
  • If you have already purchased IA Feedback and wish to upgrade to IA Boost, contact us via our Contact page to receive your upgrade pricing.

6.4 Custom IA Plan (\$59)

  • Service is considered commenced when our team begins creating your personalized plan based on your submitted intake form.
  • Service is considered fully performed upon delivery of the completed plan to your registered email address.
  • No refunds are available once the plan has been delivered.
  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days. Rush (48 hours, +\$20) and Urgent (24 hours, +\$40) delivery options are available.

6.5 IA Feedback (\$30)

  • Service is considered commenced when our team begins reviewing your uploaded IA draft.
  • Service is considered fully performed upon delivery of the completed feedback report to your registered email address.
  • No refunds are available once the feedback has been delivered.
  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days. Rush (48 hours, +\$10) and Urgent (24 hours, +\$19) delivery options are available.
  • One follow-up question is included within 7 days of delivery at no additional charge.

6.6 IA Boost (\$150 or \$120 upgrade from IA Feedback)

  • Service is considered commenced when our team begins the first review of your uploaded IA draft.
  • This is an ongoing iterative service that continues until your final IA submission date or until you notify us that you no longer require reviews.
  • Each round of feedback constitutes partial performance of the service. Cancellation after any round of feedback has been delivered does not entitle you to a refund for work already performed.
  • No refunds are available once the first round of feedback has been delivered.
  • If you cancel before our team has begun any review work, you are entitled to a full refund minus a 5% payment processing fee. Once the first review has begun, no refund will be issued.

6.7 Delivery and Communication

All service deliverables are sent to the email address associated with your SamzHub account. It is your responsibility to ensure this email address is valid and monitored. SamzHub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or email delivery issues on your end.

7. EU Consumer Rights — Service Performance Waiver

For customers located in the European Union, in accordance with Articles 7(3) and 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU): By purchasing any Expert Service on SamzHub you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately and you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You consent to the service performance beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
  2. You acknowledge that once our team has begun performing the service (as defined in Section 6.2) you will lose your right of withdrawal and no refund of any kind will be available.
  3. If you exercise your right of withdrawal before service performance begins, you are entitled to a full refund minus a 5% payment processing fee.

A service commencement confirmation email will be sent to you when work begins, serving as official notification that the withdrawal period has ended for that service.

8. Information Does Not Represent Professional Advice

The material provided on this website is provided as general information and educational support only. It is not intended as professional advice and must not be relied upon as such. Prior to making academic decisions based on information from the website, you should make your own inquiries and, where appropriate, seek advice tailored to your specific circumstances and educational needs.

9. Disclaimer

Our IB resources are created by independent educators to assist you in your studies. SamzHub is not endorsed by, associated with, or affiliated with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). “IB” and “International Baccalaureate” are registered trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization.

10. Accuracy and Usefulness of Information

All material and information on the website is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate and current as of the date of publication. However, SamzHub provides no warranty or guarantee that any material or information on the website will be accurate or complete. SamzHub will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with access to the website or the information contained in it. All warranties of any kind are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. No Warranties or Representations

To the extent permissible by law, SamzHub makes no warranty or representation regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, currency, performance, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any part of the website or its content.

SamzHub does not warrant that the website or its content will be free from computer viruses or other defects, or that your access to the website will be uninterrupted.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamzHub’s liability for breach of any implied warranty is restricted, at SamzHub’s option, to: (a) the re-supply of the relevant products or services; or (b) the cost of the re-supply of the relevant products or services; or (c) any amount paid by you to SamzHub in respect of the relevant products or services.

12. Access

SamzHub may prevent or restrict your access to the website for any technical, security, or other reasons at its absolute discretion. SamzHub will advise you as soon as practicable of any restrictions imposed on your access.

13. Links to Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. These links are included solely for your convenience and do not constitute endorsement or approval by SamzHub of those third-party websites. You agree that by accessing any third-party linked website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

14. Security

When using the Internet or third-party networks, you are using networks and services beyond the control of SamzHub. You assume all risk and liability for your use of the Internet and any access to the website via such media.

15. Variation of These Terms

SamzHub may vary these Terms at any time by publishing the varied Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part shall be severed, and the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services.

18. Conduct Policy

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in breach of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit junk mail, chain letters, unsolicited emails, spam, or other unwanted communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Solicit money, passwords, or personal information from any person
  • Harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise offend others
  • Upload or transmit any material that violates the intellectual property rights of another person
  • Upload or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful
  • Upload or transmit material that contains viruses or other code designed to interrupt, limit, or destroy the functionality of other software or hardware
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automated tool to retrieve, index, or reproduce any part of the website
  • Frame or mirror any part of the website without prior written authorization
  • Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise disassemble any portion of the website
  • Delete any attributions or legal or proprietary notices on the website

19. Reservation of Rights and Contact

Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by SamzHub. For the purposes of this agreement, “SamzHub”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to SAMZ HUB LLC and “website” refers to materials delivered on www.samzhub.com.
