Samzhub offers a refund policy that is reviewed on an individual basis. To request a refund, you must contact our support team at inquiries@samzhub.com within 3 days of your purchase and provide a compelling reason for your request.

After we receive your request and review your provided reason, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at our sole discretion.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at inquiries@samzhub.com.

Subscription & Reservation Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services for the remainder of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. The cancellation will simply prevent the subscription from renewing.

For reservations, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid being charged.
